We use several C425 cameras to monitor access to our property. It is rather frustrating that family members can’t see recorded video from the cloud after a detection alert. This would be an extremely helpful feature.

This is a must have. If it’s not done soon will need to buy a different brand that allows it. I had assumed it was a basic feature with sharing!!!!

This should have already been a given, especially with the device-sharing feature already in place. We wouldn’t have bought the Tapo Care plan or the camera at all if we knew this were the case. If this doesn’t get resolved promptly, we’ll have to consider other brands and won’t be recommending this one to others.

What is the point of sharing a camera with notifications if you can't see the recorded video that created the notification? My family bought these to keep tabs on aging parents and this does not work as expected.
