When sharing webcams with my family members they cannot see the cloud videos.
How do I fix that?
- I have two Tapo C100 webcams.
- I have just bought one year premium to apprx 150 $
- Everything is working perfect, expect that my family members cannot see the cloud videos in their app

I second everyone in this thread. What's the point of a cloud account if not sharing?
I plan to insert an SD card next chance I get and cancel the cloud subscription. Will buy my next camera from a vendor whose cloud can share clips with others.

Oh, and how can you (TP-Link) recommend sharing user credentials as a solution? 😱 That is a big security no-no! 🚨 Ironic to recommend that for a security camera. 🙈
Why is this TP-Link response marked as the "accepted solution"? It is certainly not that. 🤷♂️

Thread was opened 11-11-2023. It is 12-03-2026 and this feature is still not possible? Have a bunch of cameras which we migrated from SD to cloud storage, and now we realize about the impossibility to see the recordings in the cloud when the camera is shared. Sharing the main primary account is not an option given that there are other devices linked to it that has nothing to do with the person I want to share with! (Switches, lights, etc.). That proposal is a bit absurd nowadays.
