Upgraded to Vodafone's new Pro II broadband and hub etc.

The HS100s will not see or attach to the network which should be in compatibility mode offering 2.4ghz and WPA2

When I go to choose the network, I can see the WPA3 network (which doesn't work) and the guest (on a different subnet), but not the default Wi-Fi network - which should work.

I also tried entering the SSID and password but that doesn't work either.

can't get firmware as I can't attach to the devices...

any ideas? This is likely to become a growing problem as the old networks are phased out.

Can the HS100 connect to the guest network successfully? Does the main network support turning off the 5GHz?

What's the mode of its wireless standards? E.g. 802.11ax only, 802.11b/g/n mixed, 802.11b/g/n/ax mixed. If it is on 802.11 ax only, try to switch it to 802.11b/g/n mixed or 802.11b/g/n/ax mixed.
