I don't have an option for themes and can't activate party mode. This was advertised when I bought this bulb.party mode
Party theme for the Tapo L530 can be found on its product page, simply click the device card in Tapo App and then you view more features for this light bulb.
Ensure your device update to the latest firmware and keep the Tapo App updated as well.
