I think most users will benefit from this, because every small change in room temperature can be recognized by human body, someone likes 23 degrees, someone 22,5. In my situation, 22,5 is the optimal temperature, so we need to set valve to 23 degrees and then again to 22 degrees. Please implement this.

Possibility to adjust the temperature in 0,5 degree steps would be very fine and helps to set the room temperature more precisely to feel comfort and save energy.

I want to buy more of the room thermostats and smart radiator valves, but the 1 degree steps prevents me to do.

I agree the ability to set temps in 0.5 degree increments would be great. I use home assistant to control my heating system and this would help massively to create a comfortable environment within my home.
