Done resetting. also connected with the wifi. The problem is it wasnt able to pair. I have tried to uninstall the app, and turned off the wifi router, my phone device.

What's the model of your router? If it doesn't have a separate 2.4GHz WiFi, try to create one and reconnect the Tapo smart bulb.
