Got two bulb pack, one works fine but other one will not show colours and just turns off or stays white if you select a colour. Have tried both soft and hard resets and not resolved issue

Are you saying this smart bulb won't turn on if you try to turn it on in the App, unless you choose a color? How about brightness adjustment? Does it work?
