Is there any abnormality in the color of the light strip when it is set to a solid color, such as red, blue, or green? (Can be switched through my presets) Does this issue occur when using the app or when using the controller button to turn off?
Do you have any extra controllers, or another working L900? You can try switching controllers to see if there is any change.
Can you also share some pictures about this issue here? And also some picture when it's set to a solid color, just for comparison.

@vanex I have exactly the same problem, have tried reset and software update - still does the same. Started recently for no reason whatsoever!
I use Alexa to control the strip and even deleted and reinstalled the App.
Poor show from a big company....

Hi, I have followed the trouble shooting guide you forwarded and have found the source of the problem.
The controller has been temporarily swapped with another I had in another room and this has cured the problem, but is only a temporary fix as it is used elsewhere.
how do I go about getting a replacement please.
The controller I need is for a single light strip.
I will send pictures of the controller and model details.
Hoping you can help
Thanks
Chris
