What is “Device Time” under Settings > Device Info? It is shown as an absolute time.

If the Device Time is updated to a more recent time, yet I have not reset the device, nor have I set it to turn off and on per a schedule, does that mean that power was removed and restored since the last update?

As you can see, this question is important for security applications. The meaning and interpretation of Device Time should be clearly documented under Settings > Device info. If possible, the root cause of the last reset, e.g. power failure, should also be shown next to the device info.
