Wont dim to the lowest

Hi, the led lights can be dimmed by the kasa app. However, the lowest it can dim is probably 50% of the led light. I have a remote control that came with my led light, and I can use it to dim the light to the lowest. The kasa app stops at about 50%, but on the app it says 1% dimmed - for sure its not at 1%.
Please help. Thank you.

0-10v is not a supported dimming type of the KP405, incompatibilities may occur.
You might try using the Dimming Calibration option in the Kasa App's Device Settings to see if it helps improve the situation.

i have the Kasa Smart Outdoor Dimmer plug - KP405.
Dimming type: 0-10V, Remote
Power: 40 watts.
