Automation: Sunset changes time!?

Hi all,

I have a smart bulb and a smart plug in my kitchen.

At 0530, I want them to come on. Then, at Sunset +20 minutes, I want them to turn off.

works perfectly, in the winter.

however, in summer, sunrise is earlier than 0530 so the lights come on at 0530 and the automation for sunrise +20 minutes is before 0530 so the lights stay on until they're manually turned off.

I've tried "effective time" but I don't think I've done it correctly because the lights still came on this morning at 0530 and didn't get turned off by the sunrise +20 minutes automation.

help!?

Do you have only one automation? Two automation is needed if you want to control the smart devices at different times.

A single automation rule cannot have two time triggers to execute different actions respectively.
