Turn on light when camera detects person and turn off the light if no person detected after 5 min

I would like to achieve the following action:
1. turn on the light if camera detects a person (this is achievable)
2. leave the light on for 5 mins or so (this is achievable)
3. turn off the light if within the 5 mins or so period, no person is detected by the camera. <------ How to do this?
