TO ANYONE CONSIDERING THESE CAMERAS OR TAPO - PLEASE BUY ANOTHER BRAND. ITS CLEAR THEY WILL NOT UPDATE SOFTWARE OR EVEN UPDATE CUSTOMERS ON SIMPLE THINGS LIKE PIP.

exactly this! is it a lack of funds? theres an entire thread on redflagdeals where people are providing alternatives due to this very reason. and as they should. how do we not have this yet?
