TO ANYONE CONSIDERING THESE CAMERAS OR TAPO - PLEASE BUY ANOTHER BRAND. ITS CLEAR THEY WILL NOT UPDATE SOFTWARE OR EVEN UPDATE CUSTOMERS ON SIMPLE THINGS LIKE PIP.
