Firmware Version:

Currently where all my cameras are positioned, there is enough ambient light at night where the cameras don't enter into night/IR mode. This means the spotlight never gets triggered when motion or a person is detected.

Unfortunately the resulting video is poorly lit and faces etc are not recognizable. I have tested and manually turned the spotlight on in the app and faces are much much clearer and actually identifiable. This is because the spotlight provides much more light than the ambient lighting present in my space.

If something or someone were to enter my property currently, the footage would more than likely be useless due to this.

So It would be greatly appreciated if the spotlight could be configured regardless of the mode (day OR night). I should be able to set a time range (example 6:30PM-5:00AM) where if motion/person is detected, turn the spotlights on. This would greatly improve my situation if not solve it completely.

Thank you in advance for your time and consideration, I look forward to this new feature and I cant wait to try new Tapo products in the future!
