I have a number of tp-link and TAPO products and don't fancy using many different apps! Tapo is great for indoor use, but appart from cameras, not meant for outdoors. I have humidity sensitive plants outdoors and decided to build an ecosystem to control spinklers for them, based on Tapo T310 and Tapo P100, controlling 3rd party water electrovalves. Great for the plants and great for saving water. I know none of those are meant for outdoor use, but I tried nonetheless. I've had the system working for over a month, without problems, keeping the humidity levels between specific bounds. Recently the T310 that controls when to swith the water on and off, started working up - specifically gets stuck on a temperature and humidity level - sometimes rubbing the sensor openings seems to get it going again, sometimes not. Anyway, what I would really like is that tp-link produce outdoor usage sensors and electric switches.
