You probably purchased V1.0, while only V1.2 include extra adapters. Check your box, as in the app you'll see V1.0 for both anyway.

I'd suggest a return or replacement in the store if still within that time window, or you can try to find third party adapters. You may also search forums, Github, Facebook groups etc. as other owners of KE100 from your country may have these adapters laying around.
