Hello,

I know there are existing topic on this but didn't find answers to all my questions.

I understand it is possible to have two pair of powerlines but the network name should be different for each powerline group.

My question is, if I plug two powerlines to the router but in separate 2.5ghz ports, will they have their own 2.5ghz line (then 2x2.5ghz) or will they share one time the 2.5ghz?

Thanks in advance for your help.

If you plug two different pairs of PLCs to two different LAN ports of your router, you'll have two separate PLC lines whatever their negotiated speed is.

Thanks for your reply.

Does it mean they will have their 2.5 ghz bandwith each?

Or anyway if they are plugged in different port of the box, they will share the same bandwith, so 2.5 ghz in total?
