Split accounts
Hello,
I manage 2 networks,called Ziggo and KPN. I wanted to add a user for only KPN, but it manages now also Ziggo network.
How can I split, that the new user can only manage KPN network, and I can manage both?

Then, the owner account for both networks could add your account as the manager for both networks.

But that is not what I mean...
I added the new account, but he can now manage both networks! I only want him to manage his own one: KPN.
So the second account can now manage Ziggo and KPN network, but I want him only to be able to manage KPN network.

In case of further confusion, could you please help me check the following details:
1."Ziggo and KPN" networks refer to 2 different Mesh systems here: such as:
2. Email Account#1 was only set as the manager account of "Ziggo" network(for example) but he was able to see and manage both "Ziggo and KPN" networks, right?
-If that is the case, could you please help me submit the Deco APP log through your mobile phone:
I'm the owner of the 6 Deco Mesh system and I added my colleague's email as the manager of one network. He could only see and manage the network I assigned him as the manager, not all 6 Mesh systems. so I think whether the manager accounts haven't been set properly or there might be some potential bugs in the APP.

Yes, it's about 2 different mesh systems at 2 different locations...
Email 1 is owner and should be able to manage both mesh systems, that is the case now. (Jobozi... and Deco-m9)
Email 2 needs only to manage KPN (here called Deco-m9) mesh system, but now he can do both jobozi...and Deco-m9.
I can't see the option, you mention,to create a log:

You need to pick a category here and open any FAQ on the next page:
Navigate to the bottom of this page>click "No, I need more help"--> Email us
Then you will see the place to submit the APP log.
(PS: I noticed you have submitted the logs already. It will be forwarded to the senior engineer directly for further analysis and please check the email later for further suggestions.)
