Hi all, I wanna ask about poe compatibility, my poe injector has crashed duo weather factors, i have a ls105lp switch and sg1008mp switch, i wanna ask which switch is compatible with my eap225 outdoor.

Both will work.

EAP225-outdoor applies to 802.3af POE, both of the two switches support the protocol.

Either will work just fine. The EAP225-Outdoor can handle both passive 24V POE, and active 48V POE as supplied by your switches.
