Thank you for contacting the relevant department for further information regarding a release date.

 

Totally understand that you're not a software developer, rather just expected that upon asking about the beta your reply would be that you didn't know due to not being a software developer, but you will try to contact the relevant department and check for us. As part of the customer service & without us having to request for this to be done.

 

Of course will continue to log in to the official website to check for updates, but if again there are no updates. Then will once again ask on the forums. As I'm not a TP Link customer service representative, I'm unable to contact the relevant department myself to ask for further updates.

 

However again thank you for your help & the update, appreciate it.
