Tapo device migration

Assuming it doesn't exist already (and I'm too stupid to find it), PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE include a feature to migrate devices from an H100 smart hub to a new smart hub to save the horrible mammoth task of manually removing, reinstalling and reprogramming everything individually. Of course this is particularly important for users with many devices and automations.
I saw someone else request this last year and it still doesn't seem to have been done. I see an article implying it's possible with the H500 but we need it for the other hubs as well.
Please don't just ask to people to vote on this. Please realise this is vital and so should be implemented straight away. Thank you.

@P-Bee I've now realised it's not as big a job as I thought to do it manually as shortcuts and automations don't need reprogramming. But still I would like the automatic feature if possible. Thanks again.

@P-Bee Migrating from H100 to H200 seems possible from the H200 side, but... Cannot proceed as "Country/region is different from original hub" ie timezones are different! H100 is set to Europe/London (can't be changed) and H200 is set to UTC-00:00 Europe/London (can be changed but closest is UTC00:00 UTC). Seems H100 needs to align its options with H200.

I cannot see the "Migrate connected devices" tab that Tapo says is in a devices settings in the Tapo App. I want to migrate all my sub 1ghz tapo devices from a few H100 Tapo Hubs to a new Tapo H500 hub... but for the life of me, I can't find the "migrate" feature that several internet help tutorials mention.
Can anyone help please?

@BPCS It looks like you still cannot migrate from H100 hubs because Tapo has still not made these hub firmwares compatible in the migration function.
I think you'll have to manually disconnect each device from the old hubs and manually connect them to the new hub. But don't worry about any automations as they will automatically correct themselves.

@BPCS Go to the new hub's Device Settings and look for Migrate Connected Devices. Tap the little arrow to change migration direction.
I don't have an H500 myself, just H100s and H200. The migration feature shows for my H200 but then when I try to use it, it says "firmware not supported for migration" for my H100s (despite them being on latest firmware).

Thank you! Maybe TP Link will one day get the H100 Hubs updated to also handle migration?

So I bought and set up a new Tapo Home Base Hub H500 and migrated all my cameras and smart devices to it. I installed a 500GB Crucial SATA SSD drive into the H500. Existing smart devices were linked to 5 Tapo H100 Hubs and 7 Tapo C420 cameras were linked to 2 Tapo H200 Hubs... another two Tapo C320WS cameras and a Tapo C210 camera were connected directly to my wifi.
All the cameras were migrated smoothly to the new H500 Hub... the 2 C320WS and a C210 had an option to select and migrate them to the H500 Hub in the Tapo App. The 7 C420 cameras had an option to migrate in the old H200 Hubs to the H500 hub. All settings were carried over.
The smart devices like Tapo S200 buttons, Tapo T110 door switches, Tapo temperature sensors, Tapo motion sensors and Tapo water leak sensors, were added to the H500 hub in the Tapo App... they had to each be paired again via using the relevant reset hidden buttons, and then renamed and some settings like temperature comfort zones, had to be reset again... nothing too problematic but it took a day with 57 devices to sort out. Lights and plugs are not affected as they connect directly to the wifi. There was one smart device that came up with a message saying do I want to carry over pre existing settings, so maybe I was doing everything not quite right except for that one device.
I reused the 5 H100 hubs as speakers for alarm sounds scattered around the house. The 2 H200 Hubs are surplus now.
Interestingly, all smart automations carried over perfectly.
Hopefully this helps others contemplating a similar procedure. For me, just the much smoother camera recording play back is very rewarding.
Its early days, but I think the camera play back is a lot smoother now, probably due to the SATA SSD vs the micro SD cards in use previously. All my cameras can connect to the H500... I think up to 16 cameras can... the old H200 hubs had a limit of 4 cameras each. The old H100 Hubs also had a limit of 32 devices I think and the H500 is 64 smart devices. I also seem to have had some of my old smart automations change to now be under hub control... better in case of wifi failure... I think they were previously not under hub control because there were 2 or more different H100 hubs involved in the smart automation.
The H500 Hub also adds AI Empowerment like facial recognition to up to 6 nominated cameras... and a HDMI out to be able to monitor 4 cameras on a large TV for example, and USB out drive for conveniently manipulating or moving camera recordings.
