The  only data export function available from the temp/humidity monitors is a periodic email to the user.

The csv file contains nothing to identify the individual sensors, so the user must manually rename and save the filename to discriminate between the different sensors. This is not suitable for any sort of data processing.

Please consider providing additional functions that support periodic data save from these devices, for example, the ability to export data from multiple devices simultaneously with sufficient additional information to identify each sensor such as name, IP address, MAC address etc.

These functions could possibly be included in the App?

As a minimum, please add device details to the csv file
