Model: Archer AX3000
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.4 Build 20240509 rel.64683(4555)

I have just changed my old router to a new Archer AX3000.

Since then my internet works well and my devices are connected EXCEPT my wireless printer.

The Pinter is a Brother multi-function printer MFC9335CDW.

I am installing on MACOS 10.14 (Mojave) and have been using Mojave and the same printer for the past 3 years.

Since changing to the new router I cannot set up the printer. The Brother software set up cannot find the printer device.

Installing via USB connection is not an option as the router and printer are several meters apart.

Any ideas or advice will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Hi  @GazAU,

Generally speaking, the printer needs to be reset and reconnected to the new network after connecting to the new network.
I suggest you contact the printer's support to confirm whether the settings need to be modified?

Here are some suggestions may help you:

1) Enable the guest network and connect the device to the guest network.
2) Enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on a phone and connect the device to the hotspot WI-FI. Please reach out the device support if this doesn't work.
4. Change the DNS server:How to Change the DNS Servers?
