Hallo, bei einem meiner 12 Heizungsthermostaten ist die Batterie nach ein paar Stunden leer, alle anderen funktionieren 100 %. Es sind auch die richtigen Batterien, Firmware ist auch aktuell. Was kann man da tun?

Does this KE100 use the original battery? Has it replaced a new battery recently? Please share a picture of the battery here.
Try to use the battery from a working KE100 into this KE100 to see if the same problem occurs.

Hallo,
ich habe nun das gleiche Problem, allerdings mit diversen Thermostaten vom Modell "KE100". Diese sind ständig leer und drehen dann entsprechend auf volle Heizleistung auf. Solangsam ist das Ganze echt ärgerlich. Ich nutze handelsübliche Batterien (keine Akkus), was bislang auch immer einwandfrei funktionierte.
Ich bitte um Unterstützung.

Can you share more details of the problem on the device? Are you indicating that your KE100 sometimes unexpectedly shows the battery level as empty? Is this information displayed in the app or visible on the device's LED screen? Are there any other error messages? Please share some images for reference.
Does the battery level recover afterward, for example, going from 0 to 2 or 3 bars? How does it recover?
Additionally, is your KE100 in a fully open state and make the temperature suddenly spike? For this situation, please also provide some screenshots of the temperature report for us to review.
