Model: KC120
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

One of my KC120 cameras seems to be dead. It cannot be powered on, the LED does not shine and pressing the reset button, even for more than 15 seconds, does not change anything. I uninstalled it from the app and now, of course, the app cannot contact it. I was hoping to reset it and put it back into the app, but no luck.

Any suggestions?

Do you use the original power adapter? Make sure the cable is tightly plugged in. Try to switch to a different power outlet.

Try to use a different power adapter if you have one.

If the camera still doesn't light up when plugged in and makes no response to the reset operation, then a replacement is needed. You may contact the retailer or local TP-Link support to proceed with the warranty.
