It is ridiculous that tapo won't allow email addresses to be changed, to completely reconfigure every device could take hours, not very customer friendly, which may well mean losing customers, this one anyway.

  @Jonniboi I'm in the same boat!  This is extraordinary that TP Link will not make a simple adjustment to enable change of email. I had an issue at one point and to reload in each device when you have 26 takes a horrendous amount of time which should be totally unnecessary. Where's their appreciation of their customers?  That's very poor customer service.  Come on TP L give us a break!
