I use a Tapo smart bulb in my bathroom, controlled by a regular switch (no motion detection).

- During the day, I want it bright white.

- After midnight, I want it dim red.

The problem: When the switch is off, the bulb misses the scheduled change and always turns on white. I have to manually adjust it to red at night.

I’ve tried both the built-in schedule and automation, but neither works. I have no way to keep the switch on for the light bulb throughout the day.

Is there a way for the bulb to recognize missed events and adjust automatically when powered on?
