Model: Tapo L530E  
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.1.9 Build 240524 Rel.144922

On Tapo app sometimes lightbulb L530E when turned off, enters in a low brightness state. Only with Google assistant enters this low brightness state consistently when its suposed to be turned off. 

 

Pls Fix Tapo interaction and add off state on google home.

NVm, post https://community.tp-link.com/en/smart-home/forum/topic/709708 Solved the issue, btw someone knows how to easly convert voltages?
