Model: KE100 KIT
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 2.10.0 Build 240305 Rel.113521

The recent update to the KE 100's has caused the same issue from a previous update I posted about. The units are making a grinding noise or similar on closing (even after calibration).

Also, at least one unit no longer opens the valve at the correct temperature so I have to set it many degrees higher to get the radiator to heat up.

All my KE100's are paired to Tapo T315's so should be accurate. I've also tried recalibration multiple times to no avail.

These issues only started after updating to the latest software when prompted in the app recently.

From what i understand, the new firmware does not include any changes relevant to this aspect. There are sounds when the thermostat valve is operating, it will be more obvious in a quieter environment, like at night while you're sleeping. If you noticed the noises in such situations, you may consider enabling the night mode for the KE100.

For the temperature issue, try to switch back to the KE100 built-in sensor, see if that makes any difference. Try to reset and reinstall one device, see if that helps.
