Setting Summer Mode in KE100 Smart Thermostat

Hi all,
I have 9 smart thermostat KE100. I would like to enable the Summer Mode to save some batteries during the hot months.
The problem is that when I click on the Summer Mode toggle (iOS app), it switches to ON only for 2 smart thermostats out of 9. The remaining 7 thermostats, after a small waiting, go back to OFF.
Do you know what can cause this problem?
Thanks
Marco

- Make sure the firmware on KE100 and KH100 hub are all updated.
- Update the Kasa app to the latest version. Try to delete and reinstall the app.
- Disable VPN, ad-blocker, or other relevant apps on your phone while using the Kasa app.
- Try to use another mobile device.
- Switch the phone to a different network. Check whether the problem exists when the phone is connected to the local wifi.

@MarcoBtn I do have the same issue and raised a ticket but without any answer yet. If you have more information about that please share - I really don't know what to do. Checked everything but still it's not working.

Do you receive any error? Try to enable other device features, see if the app control works.
If the issue is only with controlling the summer mode, then further analysis is required. We recommend contacting the local TP-Link support for assistance.
