My Deco BE25 3600 is not properly negotiating speed with my yanley PoE 10G network switch. Speed tests form both deco app system speed test (980 mbps) and personal device ookla and google speedtest (350 mbps) demonstrate that the speed is capped to 1 gbps at the moment. cables are at least cat6 and all the hardware is designed to reach 10Gbps. Other devices from the same switch port can reach 1/2.5/5 and 10 Gbps

  @HomeInchiostri What's your actual internet speed ? Have u tested by using ISP router by using ethernet cable on PC or Laptop ?

  @ARGamingPK1 i've a 10G connection tested and working up to 6/7 gbps on a pc connected to the same switch. I've found that the cable (CAT6 10m long) was somehow limiting to 1gbps, but connecting the deco to the same port with a 1m cable the connection was still capped at 1.5 gbps. Even changing port won't solve the problem. 

I can accept the 1gbps uplink connect but the main issue here is that wireless speed won't go above 300/400 mbps even in MLO it stops at 600 mpbs

Hi, did you set Deco BE25 into Access Point mode?

Can I have the model numbers of the devices that are used for testing the speed?

Please also share a screenshot of "Test Internet Speed" history records.

 

For Deco BE25(EU) version, its wireless specification is:

 

Take iPhones for example, the iPhone 15 Pro is a WiFi 6E device, and the maximum link speed over 5GHz is up to 2400 Mbps(160MHz), and the expected download speed would be about 1- 1.2 Gbps. The iPhone 11 is WiFi 6, the maximum link speed would be up to 1200MHz(80MHz), and the expected download speed would be about 600- 800Mbps.

the Deco is working as access point. The device is an iphone 16, but also on macbook air or pc windows (high specs) won't reach an acceptable speed, mostrly is around 350 mbps download, sometimes can go up to 600, usually upload speed is the same or even slightly higher than download.
There are a number (10-20) devices connected (TVs, shellys, AC daikin et.)
