Hardware Version: V2

Firmware Version: Not known

Bought this a few months ago and am having the know Plug 1 plug coming on on its own. Resets, firmware versions etc are all done and checked for new versions.

Talked to Kass support, its under warranty but they insist on my paying the shipping for a FIVE year old ongoing issue.

Are others having issues and is there an alternative that actually works problem free?
