Connection Preferences Back to Default After IP Address Changed But MAC Address Remain Same

I'm facing very serious problem on Deco M4 Connection Preferences when I set a device to always connect on that specific Deco like my phone or tablet but when I reboot that specific Deco so my devices refused to connect to WiFi until that specific Deco not gonna come back online. But when the ip address changed automatically after few hours of my devices so the Connection Preferences settings back to AUTO all the saved settings gone but the MAC Address still remain same only changing ip addresses creating this issue and even Address Reservation can't help me properly and still devices changed their ip addresses and that's very strange. Kindly fix it as soon as possible. 😭💔
@David-TP I'm facing this problem on all devices smart phones, laptops, chromecast, tablets and even iot devices and when i turn off/on WLAN so the devices refused to connect to Deco M4's after i set the specific deco for these devices and if that specific deco is offline so the devices refused to connect to any other satellite or main deco until the ip address not gonna changed and YES if i use Address Reservation so the devices refused to connect to any other satellite or main deco if connection preferences set the specific deco and that specific deco is offline so the devices still changed their ip addresses i think Address Reservation could'nt work properly. When i changed the name of devices so the name back to default when the ip address changed. This is Redmi Note 10S and i changed the name now let's see after ip address changed. But the MAC Address still remain same.
