L630 bulbs not connecting
I have 12 L630 bulbs. 1 has gone faulty. I have tried to replace it but have been unable to set the new bulb up. I have tried four new bulbs and I have the same issue. The tapo app is saying it is unable to connect to the bulb. I have reset the bulbs and my router. Does anyone have any advice?

Hi I have tried all the steps with 4 new bulbs and it is still not connecting to the bulb. I have previously set up 12 bulbs with no issues. I'm starting to think it's something to do with the App.

Please share a screenshot of the error here. What's the model and Android/iOS version of your phone? You may try to do the setup with another phone.

I am using a Samsung s23 ultra Android version 15.
The App is version 3.11.113
I have also tried on a Samsung Tablet running Android 11 and the same App version.

Make sure your phone is connected to the smart bulb wifi in this step: go to phone wifi settings to connect the smart bulb wifi, then return to the app to continue the setup.
There is a newer app version 3.11.114, please update your app first.
