We have just had our router fail and have had to get a new installed.  Before the failure all of our devices worked perfectly on Tapo and then Alexa.  It was easy to set up.  I have today tried to update the network for the lights.  I have deleted all the devices from Tapo and Alexa (after it didn't work - so thought this may help).  I get as far as pairing and it fails.  I have tried keeping the original names and not.  We are using the WPA/WPA2-personal.  I have tried on a S23 Ultra,Ultra 25S and a samsung tablet.  It all goes as far as the pairing phase and fails.  My wifi link and password are correct.
