Model: HS110
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.5.6

Thia device connects to home net perfectly.

It doesn't work the on/off function. It doesn't mind if I try to put it off by the app or pressing the button. It's always on.

I reseted it several times but it didn't work.

*The app says the hardware version is 2, but the plug has got a sticker in which appears that the real version is 3.1.

Double-check whether the connected appliance is the supported type of the Kasa smart plug, otherwise, the plug may get damaged gradually. What types of loads can the Kasa plug support?

If the plug fails under proper usage, please reach out to the retailer or the local TP-Link support to proceed with the warranty.
