Hello, I have the smart switch S200D V1 firmware 1.12.0 and the contact sensor T110 hardware V1, firmware 1.9.0 and when my internet is disconnected the smart actions don't work locally. I can communicate with my bulbs in the app without internet when connected to same network but when I use the smart switch it doesn't turn off or on the bulbs when the internet is disconnected only when internet is connected. Same as the contact sensor.

I can also ring the hub and see the switch and sensor is online when connected to the app locally when internet disconnected.

My bulbs are

TAPO L530 

Hardware version V3 

Firmware: 1.1.9

And my hub is

H100

Hardware: 1.0

Firmware: 1.5.23
