Tapo light switch to behave like Wemo

For those that have made the switch to Tapo from Wemo
I have one question: Is there a way to set a rule like Wemo in the app where if you hold a light switch. It will turn off all the other lights in the house? This is very useful for the light switch by the front door and garage. Looking at the Kasa light switch they appear to be a toggle so I'm not sure that is possible at all.

Hi Wayne,
I've read that page but it doesn't really answer my question in regards to using the light switch itself like Wemo to initiate that automation.
I don't believe Tapo or Kasa has this capabitly and it requires a Hub and TP-Link Smart Button to do this without having to go into the app. The light switch needs to behave like normal and this is not possible because it is a toggle and not momentary switch like Wemo where holding down the button triggers an event.
A Tapo hub is not a 'must' to run the automation. This device is only required if you buy a hub-required device, like a sensor.
If you're seeking the specific action ‘long-press’ on the smart switch, then it is not available on the Tapo smart switches.

By creating automations, you can control multiple switches with a single switch or have other switches turn on or off simultaneously when any one switch is activated. For more information about this feature, please refer to this article. How to create Smart Action (Automation or Shortcut) on Tapo app

I believe with the Smart button that is an option along with a quick tap and even rotation.

yeah for button you can use rotating or double press to trigger your automation, but I'm sure they could have added long press as well, but like you mentioned, you need to buy button and hub hah

I finally received some of the switches I had ordered more on the way it turns out these are momentary switches similar to WeMo.
I'm a little surprised there is no option for holding down the switch to trigger some kind of automation. I did order some of the smart buttons so that will have to do for now I guess
