✅ Step 1: Remove the Deco Network from Your TP-Link Account This ensures the Deco system is no longer linked to your TP-Link ID. Open the Deco app on your mobile phone. On the main dashboard, tap the ≡ menu icon (top-left) or go to More > Wi-Fi Settings. Tap Your Network Name or go to Advanced > System > Manager. Scroll down and select Remove This Network or Delete Network. Confirm deletion. 🟡 Note: This will reset the Deco network for all users linked to it. ✅ Step 2: (Optional) Reset the Deco Units If you're giving them away or selling them, perform a factory reset. Find the Reset button (usually at the bottom or back). Hold it for at least 10 seconds until the LED blinks yellow rapidly. Wait ~2 minutes. The Deco is now reset to factory defaults. ✅ Step 3: Uninstall the Deco App from Your Phone Once the network is removed, you can uninstall the app: On Android: Long-press the Deco app icon. Tap Uninstall > Confirm. On iOS: Long-press the Deco app icon. Tap Remove App > Delete App > Confirm. ✅ Step 4: (Optional) Delete TP-Link Account (if not using anymore) If you no longer want a TP-Link account: Visit https://www.tplinkcloud.com Log in with your TP-Link ID. Go to Account Settings > Delete Account. 🔒 Result: The Deco system is no longer paired to your account. The Deco app is fully removed from your phone. The devices are reset and ready for a new setup or owner.
