Hi, I truly hope you will consider the following feature improvements — I believe they would significantly enhance usability and customer satisfaction:
 

1. Additional Custom Modes
   At present, there are only Away and Home modes. It would be extremely useful to allow one or more additional “Custom” modes, so users can adapt the system to specific needs and scenarios.
2. Scheduled Away Mode with Automatic Return
   The Away mode should include the ability to run for a set period of time and then automatically revert to Home mode — with a notification such as “Mode changed to Home”.
   • The time setting could range from minutes to days.
   • Even better: allow users to set a specific date and time for the mode to end. This is the simplest and most flexible solution, as it accommodates any duration a customer may need.
3. Clear Mode Visibility
   When a mode is active (Home, Away, or Custom), please make it clearly visible — for example, by using a distinct color, a badge, or an extra line in the overview showing which mode is active.
   • Currently, I know when something is active, but my wife has no idea because it’s not visible anywhere in the app interface.
4. Mode Replication Across Multiple Devices
   Please allow modes to be replicated across multiple camera devices. At the moment, I only have one device, but if I replace my other five ARLO cameras in the future, setting up each one individually will be time-consuming and frustrating.
5. Clear Mode Identification While Editing
   When editing a mode, the interface currently shows the camera name at the top, not the mode name. Throughout the settings, it would be much more practical and user-friendly to display the mode being edited instead of the camera name.
    

I believe these changes would not only make the system far more intuitive, but also strengthen customer loyalty and make it more appealing for multi-device households.
