From the feedback I received from the community, the latest 1.2.1 version seems very promising, and there hasn't been similar feedback on Vodafone UK.
As 1.2.1 has introduced many new features, if you'd like to update 1.2.1 again, I can forward your case to the senior engineers if any odd behavior occurs.
You could try to save the following details after updating to 1.2.1:
- A copy of the web UI system log: Deco web interface login
- Some screenshots of the internet status on the Deco APP. such as:
