Deco E4R red light

Hello,
I just upgraded to fiber optics and the Deco E4R and M3W have a red led on. The wifi is working, i connect to the network that i have them set up.
What's with the red light on both of them ?
I restarted a few times, nothing changes. Problem is that i don't have a lot of wifi speed, at about 100mbps only ( i upgraded to 1gbps) and the lan switch is also at that speed.

Hi, Deco E4 has 2× 10/100 Mbps Ports, so its maximum Ethernet speed is up to 100mbps.

As for the red light, it seems the online internet detection failed. Did you configure any firewall/access control rules on the fiber gateway, or did you install any Home antivirus software?
You can also refer to this link to set the IPV4 DNS server to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 to see whether it helps:
