My camera keeps going offline

I have a TP-Link AV600 kit that I'm havin a problem with an ethernet camera connected to the remote unit.
The remote wi-fi unit also has three wi-fi temperature monitors connected to it also.
The temperature monitors are 30 yards away from the base unit.
The camera is 50 yards away on the same mains power line.
The camera stays online on my phone app, but goes offline on my PC monitoring software, QVR-Pro.
The procedure to get it back online is to turn off the camera and the temperature monitors, then turn back on the camera first and then turn back on the wi-fi temperature monitors.
I'm getting 100Mbps on the TP-Link PC monitoring software, but sometime it's as low as 30Mbps.
There's no IP clashes.
It used stay up for a few days but lately it's only lasting a few hours at a time.
My question is how can I improve the existing powerline system so that the camera stays up on QVR-Pro?
Or what could I upgrade to to get it working properly?
Thanks.

Hi,
As the distance between the Powerline adapters matters a lot, your best bet might be to try to cover more distance via Ethernet cables and less distance via Powerline. Like illustrated in the sketch below.

Thanks for the reply.
I suppose I could do something like that but it's a bit of work.
I'd have to mount a mains socket near my fuse board on the same mains line as my greenhouse.
And install an Ethernet cable between my modem and the relocated AV600 at the fuse board.
But I still can't understand why the speed sometimes drops below 50Mbps.
I've done all sort of tests, switching on a compressor and fans, but I can't simulate it.
I also can't understand that it's only the QVR Pro that doesn't seem to like it.
The camera stays online on my phone app, but it's the recording on QVR Pro that I need.
Thanks again....

Further investigation reveals that the speed reduces to 30Mbps when the camera is online in QVR Pro.
It's always online on the phone app.
Why is that?

I don't know why the displayed speed changes, but for a test, could you try to set the QVR Pro Client to record at a lower resolution and/or bandwidth and then see if the connection remains stable? (best would be to use the same resolution and bandwidth that the phone app uses)

I have reduced the 'Frame Rate' and 'Quality' settings in QVR Pro.
That's all the settings I can see.
It's gone up to 35-40Mbps now. So a slight improvement.
I'll try moving the base unit onto the outdoor circuit and see if that improves anything.
Might take a few days.
I'll report back then. Thanks.

I've mounted a mains socket directly off the fuse board and ran a temporary CAT5 cable from the modem to the AV600, now at the fuse board new socket.
Initial tests show an increase in speed to about 60-65 Mbps.
I'm a little surprised as the modem is only about eight feet from the fuse board. But of course they are now both on the same MCB circuit.
Obviously every little bit helps. I'll try get the Ethernet cable installed properly in the ceiling soon.
Hopefully it's proximity to the fuse board wires won't be a problem.
Thanks for all the help.
Hopefully I'll get more stability now.

Looks like my AV600 was on the way out.
It still kept disconnecting and now won't even pair in the house.
I've tried a reset but that didn't help.
I have also previously replaced one that went faulty a few years ago.
So is my solution another AV600 WiFi?
Or is there anything I can do to improve my system described in my first post above?
Would an AV1000 work any better over a long distance?
Or a mesh or something?

I replaced the AV600s with a new set of AV1000s.
Despite claims that the AV600s are compatible with the new AV1000s, I found after a lot of headacke and almost sending them back, that the AV600s in my house pull down the AV1000s.
So looks like I now need to buy more AV1000s for the house.
Imagine that if you will......
