Model: Deco X1500
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.7

I lose connection when I try to manage my Deco via web interface.

- I login with the password
- The web interface appears
- And after a couple of seconds it disconnects and shows the login again

This happens on differents browser and devices (PC, tablet, smartphone, ...). Of course I tried clearing the browsers cache, cookie's, etc.

I manage my Deco through the (Android) app works fine.

@HelpFixDecoApp

I successfully updated my Decos (manually from the web interface, as the mobile app didn't notify me of any new firmware).

I tried and it seems the problem is solved.

Thanks for now!

If your Deco web UI is kicking you out after login, first update your Deco's firmware as the web UI function often requires the latest version. Then, verify you are connected to the Deco network, using the correct IP address or domain name, and ensure your device's browser cache is cleared. If these steps don't work, there may be a conflicting network setting, a need to reset your Deco system

Also can you confirm this is what your web UI is doing?

First at all, I confirm that the problem is like described on video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0NjV9LmgPYs

I think that is not a problem of client that I use, because I also tried different browsers and different devices, but the result is the same.

About firmware all my Decos are updated as you can see following picture:

Have you another ideas to solve the problem?

  @M_Arrigoni

Hi, thank you very much for the feedback.

After 1.1.7, there is another version-1.3.0 Build 20250725.

https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/download/deco-x1500/#Firmware

It is suggested to manually update to the latest 1.3.0 version to see whether it helps:

Wait for your reply.

Best regards.

That firmware version wasn't showing for him in the web ui any idea why? Maybe another issue that needs to be looked into?

Hi, in the early stage of firmware release, the firmware is only partially pushed to users according to the MAC addresses and region codes. So a group of users will detect the latest firmware first, and other users might have to wait until it reaches  100% release.

Thank you very much.

Best regards.
