This function is not working. Why? 

I am not able to block my childrens clients. They still have access to internet.

Apart from the firmware version, please also refer to this link to help me submit the Deco APP log:

By the way, how do you check if the controlled device is still able to access the internet?

Is the online time still going up? Or can the device access different websites?

Please also make sure the "Private/Random MAC address" has been disabled.

Can you please confirm your deco's hardware version you can find this info on the bottom of your deco and your current firmware version which can be find in the deco app by clicking one More > System
