No internet since firmware update last night

Since firmware update last night, internet connection lost on our Deco BE65's. Laptop directly on cable to internet modem works fine. Resetting main Deco does not help.

@HelpFixDecoApp thx. After contact with tplink support, I fully reset all Deco's, created a new network, and added them again. Problem solved. Sigh...

When you reset the deco was it blinking blue or red after? If blue did you try to readd it back into your network?
From the deco app click on the Network tab > Click the + sign at the top right > Add a Deco Unit and follow the on screen instructions

Hi, may I know your internet service provider?
If restarting the main Deco didn't help, have you tried powering off/on the ISP modem?
Did you check if Deco still got an IPV4 address under Deco APP>More>Internet Connection? Or did it turn to 0.0.0.0 during the disconnection?
