Hi, welcome to the community.

I noticed your firmware is 1.6.0 Build 20250720 Rel. 54900, which was released a few days ago. Did the network disconnect start recently?

Apart from the web system log(Deco web interface login), it is also suggested to check the following details when the main Deco turns red:

  • If the IPV4 address under Deco APP>More>Internet Connection turned to 0.0.0.0
  • Would the internet connection restore automatically after a few seconds, or do you need to restart the main Deco?

Thank you very much.

Wait for your reply.

Best regards.

You should be able to view the logs via the web ui

Need help with the Deco app, setup, Ethernet backhaul, network switch or rolling back firmware? Router or AP mode? https://community.tp-link.com/us/home/forum/topic/699816?page=1
