Model: Archer TX10UB Nano
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

I've recently replaced my onboard wifi/bluetooth adapter (on a HP 14s-dq0xxx with Windows 11) with an Archer TX10UB Nano. I've installed the driver from the TP-Link website (Archer TX10UB Nano(EU)_V1_5001.19.113.1_Win10_Win11) which has installed OK for the wifi adapter but I get a message saying that Windows can;t load the driver for the BT adapter.

The driver version for the wifi is 5001.19.113.1 and the BT driver version is 1.1071.2406.1700. I don't know if they should be the same but that's what I'd expect.

Is it possible to get just the BT driver or does anyone have an idea how to fix this?

TIA

Hi,

After you've run SetupInstall.exe a copy of the Bluetooth driver should be located in the folder C:\Program Files\TP-Link\Archer TX10UB Nano\WifiAutoInstall\Bluetooth of your computer.

By the way, Microsoft Windows is only able to handle one active Bluetooth adapter. Additional Bluetooth adapters will be shown as non-working in the Device Manager. Therefore, in case the onboard Bluetooth adapter of your HP computer was still active, then you must first disable it. (it is sufficient to disable it in the Device Manager of Windows)

Thanks for your reply. It turned out that I had a far bigger issue with the laptop which has resulted in me having to do a clean install of Windows 11.

Pleased to say everything's working as expected now.

Although what you suggested didn't solve the problem, I'll mark it as the recommended solution as it was definitely useful information.
