Deco BE65 always off line in Google Home App
My satellite mesh BE65 (Main BE65 plus a satellite BE65) always says its off line in my Google Home App. I have tried numerous network reboots and removing/ unlinking/ relinking TP-Link and re adding to Google Home.
Any ideas or suggestions.

Hi, nice to see you again.
How about the device status on the Deco APP? Is it solid green and always online?
The main Deco is correctly online in Google Home, right?
By the way, I noticed you had updated to 1.2.0. Did the issue start after 1.2.0?
Wait for your reply.
Best regards.

Thanks.
I can see the secondary BE65 in the Deco app and I can see the main BE65 always as "online" in Google Home.
I cannot be sure about this issue of the secondary BE65 always appearing as offline in Google Home only since Firmware 1.2 for the BE65... it might have been the case before FW 1.2 but I can't clearly remember.

Thank you very much for the update.
In this way, I'd like to follow up on your case via email and ask the senior engineer for more advice.
Please check whether you have received my email.
Best regards.

Today I installed the new Deco BE85 with new firmware 1.2 as my new main Deco. The previous Deco BE65 that was the main Deco was installed as a point, together with the other Deco BE65 that was already a point... so its a three Deco mesh. The BE65 that was the old main, also now appears as "Offline" in the Google Home app, as does the other BE65 still appearing as "offline". The new main Deco BE85 appears correctly as on line in the Google Home app.
So it is seemingly an issue with satellite Deco points.
(The Deco BE65 points are both running firmware 1.2).

Thanks for the update. I've also updated the escalation notes for the senior engineer.
Have you tested whether Google Voice Control/Commands only work with the main Deco? Or even though both satellites are offline on the Google Home, do they still respond to the Google control?
Best regards.

Thanks.
All "Hey Google" functionality seems normal, but I'm not sure what the Deco routers themselves can respond to or do... I have many Google Nest speakers and hubs around the house listening, and many Tapo devices... compared to my previous Google Nest Pro wifi mesh, everything seems to be working as it should... it's just that annoying "offline" thing with the Deco satellites in Google Home.
Occasionally when I open the Deco app, the satellite Decos say they are offline and there is red warnings, but after a few seconds it settles down. I know the Deco satellites were never actually offline, but I thought their behaviour in the Deco app might be relevant to the Google Home issue.
